AOS platform collects certain personal data from you in order to make our products as efficient as possible. We need both your personal data as well as your interactions, use and experience with the Azbukum Online programs. These data enable us to provide a personalized experience, improve service reliability, combat spam or other malware, or improve features and functionality of the AOS Services.

You provide personal data through the Register form while the rest of the information is collected from choices that you make, pace of study and results you show, along with questions, comments, ideas, or suggestions you make in interactions with AOS team of experts.
If you decline submitting the personal data required, we will not be able to enter the contract that is required by law in order to enter or carry out a contract; or if this relates to an existing product you are using, we may have to cancel it.

By enrolling to one or more AOS programs/courses or packages, the AOS will collect certain data including which courses, assignments, revision tests, quizzes, activities you have started and completed; your exchanges with instructors, teaching assistants, and other students; and essays, songs, translations, answers to questions, and other items submitted to satisfy course requirements.
Choosing to provide profile information like a photo, headline, website link, social media profiles, or other data, could be publicly viewable by others in case you decide to expose these information within a Speak-Up group programs and Az Buki Club.
Parts of the Services within Speak-Up programs and Az Buki Club let you interact with other users or share content publicly, including by posting reviews on a course page, asking or answering questions, sending messages to students or instructors, or posting photos, essays, songs, or other work you upload. Such shared content may be publicly viewable by others depending on where it is posted.
AOS collects certain data about your purchase (such as your name and zip code) as necessary to process your order (e.g. if you decide to purchase additional course materials published by the Azbukum Centre for Serbian Language and Culture. You must provide certain payment and billing data directly to our payment processing partners, including your name, credit card information, billing address, and zip code. For security, AOS does not collect or store sensitive cardholder data, such as full credit card numbers or card authentication data.
AOS may invite you to complete a survey or participate in a promotion (like a contest, sweepstakes, or challenge), either through the Services or a third-party platform. If you participate, we will collect and store the data you provide as part of participating, such as your name, email address, date of birth, nationality, mother tongue, or phone number. That data is subject to this Privacy Policy unless otherwise stated in the official rules of the promotion or in another privacy policy. The data collected will be used to administer the promotion or survey, including for notifying winners and distributing rewards.
